Our Story

Deluxe Hygiene was founded in Wales by someone who knows this struggle personally. Living with IBS and navigating public spaces with a young baby, our founder experienced first hand how difficult and undignified public toilets and baby changing areas can be. Dirty seats, no way to clean surfaces, cramped layouts and a constant feeling of uncertainty. It should not be this way in 2026. Every person who uses a toilet or baby changing station deserves the option of a clean, dignified space.

Installation and product are included. No contract, no risk, just a real chance to make toilets feel better for the people who use them every day.

What happens after the pilot ends

You will have two options :

1) keep the dispensers and move onto one of our low-cost subscription packages.

2) we remove the dispensers at no cost.
